Clean and quiet top floor room with sea view. Conveniently located near Royal Pavilion and Pier. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, cafes, and pubs. Helpful and friendly host. Excellent value for money.

Great value for money in a vibrant area of the city. The hotel is located in the center of town, surrounded by local characters and plenty of shops, clubs, and restaurants. The staff were attentive and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory. The rooms were well-maintained with good bathroom facilities, including a private separate bathroom for added convenience. Additionally, the breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus.

All was well, no improvements necessary.

The location of this hotel is excellent, being right opposite a pub that stays open late and plays music. It is also conveniently close to all the attractions and not far from the town center, making it easy to explore the area. The room was small but clean and tidy, with comfortable bed sheets. The shower in the room was not a problem and all the facilities worked perfectly. The manager was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage after checkout.

That the window in the room wouldn't close properly and only had a blind, allowing light to shine through.

Le studio était bien conçu et la salle de bain spacieuse, avec de nombreux tiroirs pour ranger nos affaires. La literie était bonne, ce qui nous a assuré des nuits confortables. De plus, le personnel était aimable et nous a accueillis chaleureusement. Nous recommandons cet établissement pour sa praticité et son bon rapport qualité-prix.

Nous avons remarqué que la propreté de la résidence était parfois négligée, probablement en raison du manque de soin apporté par certains résidents.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and were very good too make my stay special, even helping me set up a romantic surprise in the room with rose petals and electric candles. The room was always clean and stocked with fresh water, tea, coffee, and sugar. The TV actually worked well, unlike other hotels I've been to. The location was perfect, right next to the seafront and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. It was so convenient to be near the beach and close to the city center.

For us, it was ideal.
